Auto-Ship Program
D and D Enterprises offers an Auto-ship program for your convenience. Simply let us know on your order at check out how often you want the order you just placed sent. You can designate interval shipments by days or months. If you have any questions you can email us service@syn-flex-usa.com or call 601-255-4149 during business hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm EST. We'll set up a shipping schedule to suit your needs. It's that simple.

Shipping Policy
We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service. Single bottles are shipped 1st Class Mail and all other amounts are shipped Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery. Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included with all USA shipments. You should track your package at www.USPS.com if not received in 3 business days. If your package has been scanned delivered, but you did not receive it, contact us and your Postmaster immediately. Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss, other than damage claims, after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered and if you feel that your package should be signed for, contact us. Proof of purchase and delivery confirmation will be supplied for any theft or insurance reports necessary.
International Orders are sent USPS Global Priority. Buyers are responsible for all VAT and other fees charged by your country for delivery. Please allow up to 10-21 business days for delivery. These times can vary greatly due to Customs inspections for foreign deliveries. Packages returned for any reason will have actual shipping fees and or additional shipping charges incurred, deducted from any refund due.
Returns and Refund Policy
After giving Syn-flex a fair period of time (up to 60 days) to work, if you do not notice a positive improvement in your joint discomfort, simply send us whatever you have left for refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping, please use delivery confirmation. Once received, we will issue a refund for your purchase minus the actual original shipping cost. Refund applies to first bottle only. Returned bottle must be received within 60 days of date of purchase. Contact us for instructions. If for any reason a shipment is returned or refused at time of delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund due.
To insure safety and consumer confidence, we can not accept unused bottles for refund for any reason. All product sold by D and D Enterprises comes directly to us from the manufacturer.
